Now, users can select from among four pressure ranges on one transducer with the new Dynisco MRT, the first multi - range pressure transducer. By simply turning a rotary switch via an access pot on the transducer, four potential pressure ranges can be selected. The transducer can be ordered so that the equivalent psi, bar, Kg/cm2 or MPa ranges can be chosen. This revolutionary melt pressure transducer offers maximum versatility to handle changing process conditions and materials.

Description

Dynisco's PT130 Series is designed to measure hydraulic pressure on injection molding machines. The PT130 series withstands cyclic pressure and provides outstanding performance under the severe demands of measuring the injection ram and clamp pressure of injection molding machines. Variations in the hydraulic pressure profile indicate irregularities during the injection and feeding stages of the molding operation and provide information about the stability of the injection ram system.

Description

The PT410 Series transducer is a ±0.25% sensor ideal for food or medical applications requiring high accuracy, simple installation, repeatability and reliability. The NaK fill material meets the requirements set forth by both the FDA and USDA for contact with food and medical products. The PT410 Series transducers provide the industry standard 3.33 mV/V signal designed to work with most pressure indicators. The PT410 comes equipped with an eight pin bendix connector. Optional thermocouple or RTD configurations are available to provide melt temperature. The PT410 features a 1/2-20 UNF thread for installation in standard transducer mounting holes and can be supplied with a variety of other electrical connections, if desired.

Description

Model PT415 features a stainless steel electronics housing and stem, allowing it to be used in such applications as food and photographic processing where it may be washed down regularly. The standard conduit fitting may be replaced by a hermetic 6 - pin connector (Option B314).
